Hit Streak Now at 33 for Rosa Sunday, May 5th, 2030 Rodney Rosa's hitting streak is becoming the talk of Missouri. The 20-year-old center fielder extended it once again today, this time bringing it to 33 games with a 3-for-5 performance against the Butler Bulldogs. The Tigers took the game, 8-5. "People are starting to bring it up to me when I'm around town," he said. "It's getting stressful." Rodney Rosa singled in the 1st, flied out in the 3rd, singled in the 6th, flied out in the 6th and singled in the 8th. This season Rosa is batting .467 with 8 home runs. He has scored 34 runs and driven in 33. |
