Week's #1 Player Honored by APL (24 & Under) Monday, September 2nd, 2030 His hard work and hustle paid off this week. The hard-working and hard-playing Iván Romero was rewarded with the Appalachian League Player of the Week honors. The scrappy State College Spikes shortstop hit .517 while collecting 15 hits in 29 at-bats, 3 home runs and 15 RBIs. In this current campaign Romero is hitting at a .317 clip with 7 home runs and 46 RBIs. |
