Manhatten SP Bernard Zuccarello Injured Monday, September 23rd, 2030 Bernard Zuccarello is doubtful to make the playoffs this year, according to sources within the Manhatten organization. Although the injury was initially thought to be not serious, tests have revealed the player will be out up to 9 months with a damaged elbow ligament. The 23-year-old starting pitcher suffered the injury throwing a pitch in a recent game against the Erie Jaxx. On his stats sheet this season Zuccarello shows a 6-7 record, 7 starts, 83.1 innings, 84 strikeouts and a 3.78 ERA. |
