August's #1 Batter Announced Sunday, September 1st, 2030 Denver Baker made his presence known as one of the best young stars in the Eastern League this past month. The Newark Bulldogs right fielder shined through the month of August and has won the Batter of the Month award. The 25-year-old hit .396 with 12 home runs, 52 RBIs and 31 runs scored. This season Baker is batting .345 with 20 home runs. |
