Reynoso Ups Hit Streak to 20 Consecutive Games Saturday, September 14th, 2030 With 1 hit at Park of Memphis today, León Reynoso added another game to his hitting streak -- the Gainesville center fielder has now hit safely for 20 games in a row. But the hitting feat wasn't enough for the Guidos today, as they fell, 6-5, to the Memphis Blues. "Frankly, I don't care about hits," Memphis manager Jay Rutledge said later. "I'll let him get 4 hits in 4 at-bats if it means we get a win." León Reynoso flied out in the 2nd, grounded out in the 5th, tripled in the 7th and flied out in the 9th.
