Injury Takes Toll, César Rodríguez Out Monday, September 30th, 2030 Bismark closer César Rodríguez suffered a season-ending injury throwing a pitch in today's game against the Barons. According to club doctors Rodríguez has a torn ulnar collateral ligament. Although Rodríguez has declined to comment, sources close to the player have stated that he is "devastated" that he will miss the playoffs. This year his season stats show Rodríguez has 36 saves in 69 relief appearances with a 4-9 mark and 5.71 ERA. |
