Glass Mystifies Red Deer Wednesday, September 25th, 2030 Jeffrey Glass dominated the Red Deer Wranglers with a brilliant 3-hit shutout in a Bismark Border Guards 6-0 triumph at Wrangler Field. The Bismark hurler fanned 9 and walked 1 in the game and was singled out for praise afterward by the opposing manager. "He really kept us in check today," Wranglers skipper Dave Anderson said in his postgame comments. "Everything looked to be moving. Seemed like the pitch was right down the middle and it went over down and away. We took some pathetic swings." In 34 starts this year Glass has recorded a 16-12 record and a 5.68 ERA.
