Mullins 5-for-6 for Waba Monday, September 9th, 2030 It wasn't just another day at the ballpark for Stanley Mullins of the Waba Ducks. Mullins went on a tear at Duck Pond and cracked hit after hit off Detroit pitching. When the dust settled on the diamond, the 32-year-old left fielder had a career 5-for-6 day and something he will long remember. "Yeah, it'll be something nice to tell the grandkids, but I don't think I'll tell them we lost," he joked in the BNN postgame interview. Despite Mullins's personal accolades, the Detroit X-Wings walked off the field with the 14-13 win. Stanley Mullins singled in the 1st, struck out in the 2nd, singled in the 5th, hit an RBI single in the 7th, hit a two-run single in the 7th and singled in the 9th. This season Mullins has banged out 92 hits in 254 at-bats for a .362 average with 5 home runs. He is getting on base at a .458 pace and his totals also include 32 RBIs and 55 runs scored.
