Haines 5-for-7 for Indiana Friday, September 6th, 2030 The Detroit X-Wings might think twice next time about pitching to Henry Haines. At Saddlehorn Stadium today, the Indiana Hounds catcher burned Detroit pitching, going 5-for-7 in a 22-3 Indiana triumph. "When he's on his game," Indiana skipper Brandon Kimball told reporters, "he can probably stroke a base hit blindfolded." Henry Haines struck out in the 1st, doubled in the 3rd, singled in the 4th, flied out in the 5th, hit an RBI double in the 7th, hit an RBI single in the 8th and singled in the 9th. This season Haines has banged out 114 hits in 474 at-bats for a .241 average with 6 home runs. He is getting on base at a .367 pace and his totals also include 55 RBIs and 76 runs scored.
