Noise, Hitmen Make Deal Monday, December 9th, 2030 The Nevada Noise and Hendersonville Hitmen have put the finishing touches on a deal that was weeks in the making. Nevada will part with 17-year-old minor league 1B Rodrigo Moreno, 18-year-old minor league RHP Eduardo Moreno, 19-year-old minor league RHP Tan Shuo, 20-year-old minor league RF Vincente Ayala and 20-year-old minor league 2B Ken Miller, while the Hitmen have dealt 27-year-old RHP Matthew Scott, 27-year-old RHP Ignacio Morales and $5,000,000 in cash. "This one took a while to figure out," said Nevada general manager Michael Branda. "We must have gone back to the drawing board five or six times over the past few weeks. I'm glad we finally got the deal done. I think it is a good one for both clubs." In his career Scott has appeared in 184 games and captured 34 saves. He has 25 wins and 18 losses and a 4.38 ERA with 184 strikeouts in 265.1 innings. |
