September's NL Batter of Month Award Announced Tuesday, October 1st, 2030 When it came to hitting the baseball, José Hernández had few National League peers in September. The right fielder for El Dorado mauled opposing pitchers for a .404 batting average and was voted the league's best batter for the month. He finished with some strong stats: 8 home runs, 19 RBIs, 23 runs scored, 18 walks and a .509 on-base percentage. Currently Hernández is batting .354 with 32 home runs and 110 RBIs. |
