Blair Gone for Season in New York
Monday, September 23rd, 2030
Jason Blair of the Knights just might have to call it quits for the season. The 25-year-old New York shortstop received a possible season-ending injury against the Philadelphia Athletics recently at Edmund Fitzgerald Field. Blair suffered a broken bone in the elbow while colliding with a player at a base. The Knights medical staff said he could be out quite some time, as much as 4-5 months.

This year Blair is batting .141 with 22 hits, 3 home runs, 14 RBIs, 11 walks, .212 OBP and has scored 15 runs.
