Orlando Loses Lewis for Year Sunday, September 1st, 2030 Robby Lewis of the Calrissian just might have to call it quits for the season. The 27-year-old Orlando third baseman received a possible season-ending injury against the Springfield Stars recently at Mel Fields. Lewis suffered a fractured hip while making a defensive play. The Calrissian medical staff said he could be out quite some time, as much as 6-7 months.
This season Lewis has banged out 87 hits in 402 at-bats for a .216 average with 9 home runs. He is getting on base at a .270 pace and his totals also include 33 RBIs and 38 runs scored.
