Ray Martin put on a hitting clinic today as the Otsego HS Bulldogs dumped the Coweta HS Tigers 9-3 at Typhoons Ballpark.

The Otsego HS right fielder made Coweta HS defenders earn their pay, lashing Coweta HS pitching for 6 hits in 6 at-bats in the game. He told BNN reporters after the game that his strategy was "just hit it where they pitched it."

"Too often I try too hard to pull the ball," Martin said in his postgame press conference. "Today, I just went with the pitch."

Ray Martin singled in the 1st, hit a two-run double in the 3rd, hit a solo-shot off Bart Hughes in the 5th, doubled in the 7th, hit an RBI single in the 8th and hit a two-run single in the 9th.
