Stars Win Again, Extend Streak to 13
|
Springfield starter Claudio Martínez had a strong outing against the Baffin Island Beavers at Beaver Dam. The right-hander was a big part of his team's 9-3 win. Martínez picked up the win for Springfield, going 7 innings. He gave up 3 runs on 5 hits. He now sports a record of 5-0. José Valdéz earned the save for Springfield, his 6th.
