The Nashville G-Strings defeated the Seattle Pikes, 11-2, at Pikes' Point Stadium today. Leading the charge for Nashville was center fielder Ramón Morales. He was 3 for 4 with 2 triples and a walk. He scored 3 runs and drove in 2. Kip Manning got credit for the win, improving to 2-1. He allowed 2 runs on 7 hits in 5 innings. José Salinas earned save number 1.

Rob Grun aided the Nashville cause with a 3-run home run in the top of the sixth. For the game, the left fielder was 1 for 5 with a home run. He drove in 4 runs and scored once.

"We'll put this win in our pocket and go after the next one," said Grun.

The Pikes fall to 9-9 and continue their uneasy start to the 2030 season.
