Ortega hits 2 home runs as Bellas Squeeze Past St Charles
The Pocatello Bellas dealt the St Charles Sheens a 8-7 loss at Crown Royal Stadium. António Ortega was the star on offense. He went 3 for 5 with 2 home runs. He scored 3 times and drove in 3. Jaime Espinoza notched his 18th save in 20 chances. The Bellas have an impressive 98-36 record.

Ortega had a game-changing home run in the top of the ninth. On a 2-2 fastball from Bob Martin, he banged a 2-run home run to left, giving the Bellas a 8-7 lead. It was the 22nd home run of the year for Ortega.

"We can always improve and get better, but we're feeling confident after that win," said Ortega.
