Pocatello Bellas starter Chris Martin pitched a strong game against the Maui Tropics at Rainbow Stadium, leading the Bellas to a 5-2 win. Martin went 8 innings to notch the win. He scattered 7 hits, walked 0, and struck out 4. His record improves to 14-4.

A crucial at-bat came with runners on 1st and 2nd and no one out in the top of the fourth inning. That's when shortstop Javier Deleón drew a walk. The Bellas went on to win.
