Dedicated fans at Greendale Community Field weathered the storm to watch their beloved River Sharks beat the Marshals.

The Austin River Sharks topped the Houston Marshals by the score of 7-4, with the biggest share of the credit going to shortstop José Liñares. Liñares went 3 for 4 with a home run and 2 singles. He scored 2 runs and drove in 2 for the River Sharks on the day. With the win, Austin has a record of 53-56. Houston falls to 49-61.

Andy Aiton aided the Austin cause with a run-scoring single in the bottom of the sixth. For the game, the second baseman went 1-4.

"I'm just looking for a good pitch that I can hit well," said Aiton. "And not try to do too much."
