Bandits Bang Out 6-3 Win Versus Maui
San Francisco left fielder Chris Austin was instrumental in his team's 6-3 win over the Maui Tropics. Austin, who was drafted in the three round of the 2024 draft, went 2-4 with 2 runs scored to lead the offensive attack for the Bandits. Kunihiko Daikawa earned the save for San Francisco, his 4th of the year. The Tropics fall to 6-7 and continue their wobbly start to the 2030 season.

Maui had a runner on 1st in the top of the eighth. With one out, Luis Alou came to bat, hoping to do some damage. Instead, he hit into a double play. The score remained 5-3, San Francisco. The Tropics saw their comeback bid fail.
