Tropics Lose to Bandits, 3-2

Both teams had their chances, but the San Francisco Bandits eventually prevailed at Bay View Park.
The San Francisco Bandits got a strong performance from pitcher Jae-hyun Ch'oe, who stymied the Maui offense en route to a 3-2 win at Bay View Park. The win gives San Francisco a record of 4-5.
The Bandits got a big at-bat from left fielder Chris Austin. For the game, Austin was 1-4 with a home run, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. In the bottom of the third, with runners on 1st and 2nd, he stroked a 3-run home run. His 1st home run of the season gave San Francisco a 3-1 lead.
"We put it together today and came out with the win," Austin said in postgame remarks. "That's the main thing."
