Royale with Cheese Roll to 18-3 Win Over Hitmen

The Kalamazoo Royale with Cheese met little resistance from the Hendersonville Hitmen, beating them 18-3 at Hawthrone Grill. Bob Smith led the way. He hit 2 home runs. He scored 3 times and drove in 2 for Kalamazoo. The winner was Salvador Castro, who threw 97 pitches over 6 innings. The left-hander was charged with 2 runs on 3 hits.
