Oceanside multi-sport star Michael Reed has decided to discontinue his baseball career and focus full-time on his basketball career. Despite his love of baseball, Reed says he likes his prospects on the hardwood better than the diamond. "It was a tough decision, but I think this is the right one for me," said the Swamp Foxes third baseman. Reed, considered to be a standout point guard, is projected as a lottery pick in the upcoming pro basketball draft. |   |
