 | Super Week for Alabama's Nichols! Monday, September 17th, 2029 Pitchers who faced the Alabama Shakes last week were happy to see Greg Nichols in the rear-view mirror. The 20-year-old first baseman was dubbed the Sub League 1 Player of the Week for a 6-game tear that saw him hit at a .375 clip. For the week he also chalked up 9 hits in 24 at-bats, 6 home runs, 10 RBIs and 8 runs scored. This season Nichols has hit at a .306 clip with 49 RBIs, 17 home runs and 44 runs scored.
