 | Tigers SS Aponte Gets the Cycle Saturday, May 12th, 2029 Despite his best efforts, Carlos Aponte and Coweta HS came out on the short end of the score today, dropping the game to Indianapolis HS 11-9. The 16-year-old shortstop piled up 5 hits in 6 at-bats and hit for the cycle, but still failed to top the Rifles. Carlos Aponte hit a solo-shot off Mario Ortega in the 1st, doubled in the 3rd, hit an RBI single in the 3rd, singled in the 6th, tripled in the 7th and struck out in the 9th.
