He went 3-for-5 in today's game against the Butler HS Golden Tornado. Santa Fe HS won the ballgame 13-5. "Got a hit and a win," he said later. "OK, I'll take it." Victor Gaines singled in the 1st, flied out in the 2nd, walked in a run in the 4th, tripled in the 6th, singled in the 8th and flied out in the 9th. This season Gaines is batting .507 with 72 hits and 11 home runs. He has scored 39 times and has 48 runs batted in. |   |
