 | Consecutive-Game Hit Streak Continues for Roberts Friday, April 6th, 2029 Temiskaming District Secondary School lost to the Masconomet HS Chieftans 11-4 at Mount Pleasant HS Grounds today, but Scott Roberts kept his consecutive-game hitting streak alive with 1 hit. The Saints center fielder has now delivered hits in 31 straight games. "Scott has a nice streak going, but the scoreboard tells the important story today," Temiskaming District Secondary School manager Bill Young told reporters after the game. "We lost, no matter how many hits anyone had." Scott Roberts hit an RBI double in the 1st, grounded out in the 3rd, struck out in the 4th and flied out in the 7th.
