 | Young Clips Bishop Amat HS for Cycle Saturday, May 6th, 2028 At As Ballpark today, Ralph Young led Tulsa HS to a 18-9 victory over the Bishop Amat HS by hitting for the cycle, one of baseball's more difficult feats. "Usually the triple is the hardest one to get, but I was most worried about the homer today because the ball wasn't carrying," Young said later. "When I took it deep, I was expecting the ball to die on the warning track, so it was sweet seeing the ump give me the signal to circle the bases." In addition to going 4-for-5, Young chalked up 4 runs batted in and scored 3 runs in an exceptional performance. Ralph Young singled in the 1st, hit an RBI double in the 2nd, grounded out in the 4th, hit a three-run home run off Bob Schultz in the 5th, walked in the 7th and tripled in the 8th.
