 | Sewell Named HSCL Outstanding Pitcher Award Winner Saturday, June 16th, 2029 This season's High School CL Outstanding Pitcher Award trophy went to Colton Sewell, the ace of the Jeffersonville-Youngsville Central HS pitching staff. He dominated all season, finishing with 5 wins and no losses and a 1.69 ERA. In 9 starts he worked a total of 48 innings, striking out 52, while walking 15. Other clubs managed to hit only .183 against him. Tony Parker of the Temiskaming District Secondary School Saints finished second in voting, while Jim Puckett of the Rocky Point HS Eagles finished third. |   |
