 | #1 Pitcher Picked for 2029 Saturday, June 16th, 2029 The High School NL announced today that Jim Barnes has been chosen the Outstanding Pitcher Award winner for 2029. The Dublin Jerome HS starter had everything working for him this past season as he soared to a 7-0 record. In his exceptional season Barnes chalked up a 1.03 ERA in 52.2 innings with 78 strikeouts and 12 walks. Enemy teams hit .183 against him in his 10 starts. Sam Roach of the Indianapolis HS Chaos finished second in voting, while Jeffrey Weeks of the Indianapolis HS Chaos finished third. |   |
