 | Season May Be Over for Huskies Gallegos Friday, May 11th, 2029 Garth Gallegos of the Huskies just might have to call it quits for the season. The 19-year-old Connecticut center fielder received a possible season-ending injury against the Vanderbilt Commodores recently at J.O. Christian Field. Gallegos suffered a concussion while making a defensive play. The Huskies medical staff said he could be out quite some time, as much as 4 months. This season Gallegos is hitting at a .246 pace with no home runs, 13 RBIs and has scored 14 times. |   |
