 | Lorne Dawson Hurt, Will Miss Rest of Year Wednesday, April 25th, 2029 Lorne Dawson will soon find out from his doctors if his season will continue. The first diagnosis was not too positive and indicated the Florida State starting pitcher could miss the remainder of the year. Dawson was injured while throwing a pitch in the Seminoles-Bulldogs clash at Foley Field recently. Doctors said he has a torn labrum and would be out a minimum of 5 months. This season Dawson has fanned 26 in 19.1 innings and collected a 2-1 record with a 2.79 ERA. |   |
