Longoria NWL (28 & Under) Selection for 2029 Outstanding Hitter Award
Tuesday, October 16th, 2029
At the age of 25, Ken Longoria of the Balzac Rams could very well have his best years ahead of him.

It's a startling thought when you consider the year he had in 2029 was good enough to win the first baseman the Northwest League Outstanding Hitter Award.

"See the ball, hit the ball," he said. "That's my basic approach."

The top hitter put up a .310 batting average this year, as well as a .405 on-base percentage. He played 128 games and racked up 153 hits, 30 doubles, 2 triples, 40 home runs, 130 RBIs and 93 runs scored.

Mark Tidwell of the Bismark Border Guards finished second in voting, while Will Hill of the Bismark Border Guards finished third.
