 | 5-Hit Barrage by Hill Wednesday, August 1st, 2029 It seemed that Bismark right fielder Will Hill could do no wrong as the Border Guards KO'd the Maniacs, 21-10 today. Hill rapped out 5 hits in 7 at-bats and seemed to know which pitches Maniacs hurlers were throwing. "I think the Border Guards were stealing signs," growled one unhappy Menlo fan after the game. "I just felt good today. I saw the ball well and just wanted to make good contact and put the ball in play," said the jubilant Hill in the postgame press interview. Will Hill flied out in the 1st, singled in the 2nd, hit a two-run home run off Brad Small in the 3rd, grounded out in the 4th, hit a solo-shot off Marc Sizemore in the 6th, hit a solo-shot off Marc Sizemore in the 9th and hit a two-run single in the 9th.
