 | Herrera PCL Selection for 2029 Outstanding Hitter Award Friday, October 19th, 2029 It's been a year of triumph for veteran José Herrera of the Spokane Trappers as he hit his way to the 2029 Pacific Coast League Outstanding Hitter Award. The 33-year-old veteran compiled a .369 average and .460 on-base percentage by putting together 148 hits, 12 doubles, 3 triples, 46 home runs and 66 walks. He also scored 107 times and drove in 128 runs. Fred Abrams of the Calgary Cowboys finished second in voting, while Roberto Tobías of the Albuquerque Isotopes finished third. |   |
