 | Doss's Hit Streak Reaches 20 Games Friday, August 24th, 2029 Jeff Doss has been ripping hits every day for a while now, and nobody seems able to stop him. The District 9 second baseman picked up 3 more today against the Albuquerque Isotopes and now has a 20-game hitting streak. The Prawns won the game 11-1. "Definitely somebody's going to stop me at some point," he said later, chuckling. "I'll enjoy it for the time being." Jeff Doss grounded out in the 1st, struck out in the 3rd, hit an RBI double in the 5th, hit a two-run double in the 6th and hit an RBI double in the 8th.
