 | Bowman Batters Mile High Big Time Thursday, August 2nd, 2029 There aren't many who could be pro ballplayers and there are even fewer who could put up 5 hits in a day. Richard Bowman is one of those rare few, as he went 5-for-5 against the Mile High Broncos at Mile High Field today. The monster effort from the 33-year-old shortstop helped the Mexico City Cerveceros take the win, 32-5. "We made some bad pitches and he took advantage of it," said Broncos manager Patrick Patterson. "That's the game, though. Don't make mistakes and you'll win ballgames. Make mistakes and, well, you saw what happened today." Richard Bowman singled in the 1st, singled in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, hit an RBI single in the 5th, walked in the 7th, walked in the 7th, hit an RBI single in the 8th and walked in a run in the 9th.
