His consecutive-game hitting streak now numbers 36 games after he went 3-for-6 in today's 14-12 loss to the Trout Slayers at Tuscaloosa Municipal Stadium. "I'm trying not to think about it much," he said later. "I don't want to mess with whatever zone I'm in." George Reeves singled in the 1st, grounded out in the 2nd, singled in the 3rd, flied out in the 5th, flied out in the 7th and hit an RBI single in the 9th.
