 | Cox Starts His Own Microbrewery Thursday, November 22nd, 2029 Stars manager and beer enthusiast, Tommy Cox, announced today that he is opening a new microbrewery and brewhouse this weekend. The new line of microbrews, called Tommy's Basebrew, will be distributed locally and sold at Cox's Brewhaha Pub, located next door to the brewery. "Running a brewery has been a dream of mine for some time," said the Springfield skipper. Cox says he plans to donate portions of the proceeds from the venture to local charities. "Not only is this a dream come true for me, it's an opportunity to give something back to the community." The Brewhaha Pub is located just two blocks west of Kekambas Park and is sure to be a popular hangout before and after Stars home games. |   |
