| Jensen Delivers Walk-Off Win for Aces | The Kenilworth Aces defeated the Jersey Shore D-Bags, 6-5, in National League action at Play Rocks Field, with Kenilworth pitcher Scot MacIntosh named player of the game. Kenilworth reliever Scot MacIntosh got the win, raising his record to 6-2. Alex Stanford was tagged with the loss. Kenilworth is now 93-41, 17 games up in the National League Eastern Division.
The Aces got a big at-bat from shortstop Jim Jensen. For the game, Jensen went 1-5 with a walk. In the bottom of the 11th, with the bases loaded, he stroked a run-scoring single. His 100th hit of the season gave Kenilworth a 6-5 lead.
"This kind of game is tough on the heart," said winning manager Ismael Martínez.
