| Huggins Sensational for Knights | New York Knights starter Leo Huggins kept the Hendersonville Hitmen hitters in check, leading his team to a comfortable 6-1 win. New York occupies third place in the National League Eastern Division at 47-70.
Huggins, who dominated for New York, earned the victory to move to 6-10. He was in control the whole game, scattering 2 hits over 9 innings, while striking out 7. Hendersonville batters could never bunch up enough hits to produce a rally.
