Looters Win in Extras | The Looters had to overcome a good performance from Nassau pitcher Ben Moody to claim a 6-5 win at The Bayou at Heineken Field. Moody went 6.2 innings and allowed 4 earned runs. New Orleans has 3 straight wins, Nassau 3 straight losses.
New Orleans won the game in the bottom of the tenth inning. With one out and Dave Miller on the mound for Nassau, left fielder John Mendelson hit a dramatic solo home run, bringing Looters fans to their feet.
