Bandits Fall Short at Nevada
The San Francisco Bandits got a superb performance from right fielder Michael Elliott. Still, it wasn't enough to beat Nevada. The Noise won the game, 6-5. In spite of the loss, Elliott was named the player of the game. He went 1-2 with a home run and a walk. He drove in 3 runs and scored once. The Bandits, at 2-11, have stumbled out of the gate.

Pablo Reyes was the walk-off hero for Nevada. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Noise designated hitter hit a dramatic solo home run to send the teams home.

"It's great to get the crowd pumped up," Reyes said.
