| League Championship Goes the Distance, Springfield Prevails | The Springfield Stars and Pocatello Bellas held nothing back in an entertaining League Championship that went the distance.
In the end, it will be Springfield advancing to the BSA Championship, after a 4-2 triumph in the final game at Kekambas Park, to wrap up the series 4-3.
The Stars players celebrated jubilantly in their clubhouse after the game, while the scene was one of dismay on the opposing side for the Bellas.
Juan Carlos Rodríguez was named series MVP for Springfield. For the series, Rodríguez hit .522 with a .593 on-base percentage. He had 0 home runs, drove in 1 RBI and scored 3 runs.
