| Divisional Round Game 1 Victory for Bush\n and Pocatello | The Pocatello Bellas started the Divisional Round in style today, downing the visiting Greenville 84s at Connie Mack Stadium by a score of 8-1 to stake an early 1-0 lead in the best-of-7 series. Bellas right-hander Kevin Bush was named player of the game after he threw 7 innings of 1-hit ball.
Bush tossed 110 pitches over 7.1 innings to clinch the win for the Bellas. The right-hander allowed just 1 hit, while racking up 8 strikeouts in the game.
"I made some pitches when I had to," said Bush.
The next game is scheduled for tomorrow at Connie Mack Stadium in Pocatello. Slated to start are Hong-ryul Yun for the Greenville 84s and Jesús De Los Santos for the the Pocatello Bellas.
