| Knights Stymie Nashville, Take 3-1 Win | The Knights had to overcome a fine effort from Nashville pitcher Bill Moore to grab a narrow 3-1 win at Gibson Guitar Park. Moore went 6 innings and allowed 2 earned runs. New York reliever James Jones picked up the win, bumping his record to 1-1. Bill Moore was collared with the loss. Paco Ruíz got the save, his 19th in 21 chances.
New York catcher Felipe Rodríguez contributed to the cause with a triple in the top of the fifth. For the game, Rodríguez was 1 for 4 with a triple.
