Beavers Top Bellas Behind Schute, 4-0
|
Baffin Island starter Braydon Schute had a strong outing against the Pocatello Bellas at Connie Mack Stadium. The left-hander was a big part of his team's 4-0 win. Beau Brown earned the save for Baffin Island, his 1st of the year. Losses have been few and far between for the Bellas, who are now 6-1.
In his 86-pitch effort, Schute allowed no earned runs on 2 hits over 7 innings. He walked 1 and struck out 7.
"Nice to see our side come away with the win," Schute said after the game.
