| Cards Come Back Late to Clip Bellas | Kevin Bush pitched well, but his team, the Pocatello Bellas, still dropped a 1-0 decision to the Portland Cards at Connie Mack Stadium. Portland has now won 7 straight.
The Cards got a big at-bat from right fielder Chance Santry. For the game, Santry was 1 for 3 with a home run. In the top of the eighth, with the bases empty, he stroked a solo home run. His 7th home run of the season gave Portland a 1-0 lead.
