| Craig Helps Beavers Run Win Streak to 7 | The Baffin Island Beavers extended their winning streak at Michigan & Trumbull.
Beavers second baseman Dave Craig put his stamp on his team's 6-3 win over the Greenville 84s. Craig went 2-2 with a double and 2 walks. He drove in 4 runs and scored once for Baffin Island in the contest. Baffin Island reliever Colm Stewart picked up the win, upping his record to 1-0. Andrés Vázquez was saddled with the loss.
Baffin Island left fielder Norberto Muńóz contributed to the cause with a double in the top of the third. For the game, Muńóz was 2 for 4 with a double and a walk.
"We can always improve and get better, but we're feeling confident after that win," said Craig.
Greenville, at 42-27, has lost 5 straight.
