Fire Fighters Nolan Gone for Year Friday, July 28th, 2028 Gilbert Fire Fighters reliever Jacob Nolan left yesterday's game against the Rancho Cucamonga Sick Monkeys after suffering a torn ulnar collateral ligament throwing a pitch. Nolan was taken to the clubhouse for examination by team doctors. A team spokesman told BNN today Nolan is expected to miss 14 months. So far this year Nolan has made 10 relief appearances with no saves, thrown 19 innings and struck out 22 with a 3-1 record. |
